I have specialized in holistic nutrition and eating for health for more than 10 years. My own health challenges and love of learning have led me to years of study of “what works” based on solid science – not opinions, popular culture, TV doctors or the latest supplement ad.
Holistic Nutrition Counseling is my passion; to educate and guide those who are motivated to change the course of their eating and hydration to improve their health and feel great by teaching them how to eat Gina-Approved.

My philosophy is that holistic nutrition is the first line of defense – and food is the best weapon to defeat – any common health condition, from the common cold, mental fatigue, arthritis, aging, diabetes and heart disease. My mission as a Holistic Health Coach is to encourage you to take control of your health based on a whole food, plant-based diet.
Additionally, it’s important to learn how to navigate around the toxic and sedentary lifestyle we live. What you put on your body and how you exercise is just as important as what you put in it!
